I have been a Camel Activate smoker for years now after switching from a competitor brand, this has been the first time I have come across a packet where a cigarette has no pop bubble. Once off would have been fine, but Ive now come across another. And its actually disappointing. Something has gone horribly wrong. Looking forward to your kind feedback on the same.

Hello Dear Camel, I am an avid portuguese consumer of your cigarretes. I noticed you have a dromedary drawing at your logo, since it has only one hump. Shouldn´t you have a real camel with two humps, since a camel has two humps in real life? I am not worried about it. my cigarettes taste like bleach after purchasing from local tobacco outlet store. I buy them there regularly and normally have no issue, but they were out of my cigarettes for a couple days and now they taste like bleach, not a menthol cigarette.

I bought a packet of camel blue. As these are my prefered cigarettes only to find the packet not able to open. I have been a loyal customer of the brand for about 15 years when it was still camel lights, and this has never happened. I broke multiple cigarettes trying to open the packet and crushed some of the filters on the others. I am very unhappy about this. Serial number on the box is JJB17B17

In 2 packs, 28 out of the 40 camel wide menthol I bought were broken right at the filter and were worthless as you can't smoke them. With cigarette prices higher than ever you'd think maybe there would be some level of quality control but *** I guess not huh.

Dear Camel Customer Service, I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the two cartons of Camel menthol cigarettes that I recently purchased. As a loyal customer for over 20 years, I expect fresh and high-quality products, but what I received fell far short of my expectations. Firstly, both cartons of cigarettes were stale and had old coupons from 2020 included inside. I found this to be extremely disappointing and a clear sign that Camel is not taking the quality of their products seriously. As a loyal customer, I would have expected better treatment. Additionally, I discovered traces of foreign substances inside the cigarette that looked like it came from a rodent. This is a serious health concern and is completely unacceptable. As a customer, I have the right to expect safe and uncontaminated products, and Camel has failed to deliver on this expectation. As a result of this experience, I am extremely upset and appalled. I believe that I should be compensated for this issue, as it has caused me significant distress and inconvenience. I urge Camel to take this issue seriously and take immediate action to rectify the situation. I expect a satisfactory resolution to this issue and hope that Camel will take steps to ensure that this type of situation does not happen again in the future.
